How long will my order take to arrive?
Most of our collection is handmade to order, so please allow up to 10 working days for your item(s) to be dispatched. After your order has been shipped, it typically takes
1-3 business days for delivery within the UK.
7-10 business days for international delivery.
If you're worried about shipping delays, or would rather give an instant gift, please consider purchasing a digital gift card.
I need this item sooner. What are my options?
We offer digital gift vouchers, which are available instantly and in a variety of denominations. We also have a selection of ready to ship items, which can be shipped within two working days. Otherwise, please get in touch if you need your order by a specific deadline, and we'll do our best to help.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Our standard delivery charges are
FREE Shipping for UK orders totalling £50+
UK Mainland orders below £50: postage = £3.50 (1st Class Tracked)
Rest of World postage = £9.50 (International Tracked)
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to addresses worldwide from our London, UK-based studio.
What payment methods does Khudu Kids accept?
We accept payment by Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, Google Pay, Apple Pay and American Express.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can.
With the exception of custom or bespoke items, gift cards and items on sale, we offer an exchange or a full refund on all items that are returned within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be sent back in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all labels and tags intact. Further details about our Returns Policy can be founds here.
We also strongly suggest that any items are sent back via trackable shipping, as we do not accept responsibility for any returns lost in transit.

How do I change or cancel my order?
You are free to change your mind for any reason by contacting us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Where are Khudu Kids products made?
Each and every one of our items are handmade in-house, in our little London studio so we can ensure the highest standard in the production of all Khudu Kids garments. We also source all of our materials in the UK to limit the air miles on everything we produce.
Can you make this in a bigger size?
If we have the fabric available, then yes we can make some items (such as leggings and tops) in kids sizes up to age 14, or even in adult sizes! Contact us if you'd like to enquire about a custom order.
Do you offer custom orders?
We love custom orders! As our collection is handmade to order, this is possible for pretty much any of our designs. If you would like any variation of one of our designs- maybe a different colour combination, different buttons, different fabrics- please don't hesitate to message us to discuss ideas.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
All Khudu Kids orders are shipped wrapped in tissue, with a decorative sticker and postcard. The invoice/order sheet is enclosed seperately within the packaging, to make gifting easier. For more gift-wrapping extras such as adding ribbon to your package, please contact us to discuss options.
Will prices be displayed anywhere in or on the parcel when it's delivered?
In order to comply with UK laws, we are obliged to declare the correct contents and prices of all enclosed items on the outside of the parcel for customs clearance.
Please bear this in mind if you are sending a gift directly to the recipient's delivery address.
How do I care for my Khudu Kids items?
All our products are sold with the appropriate washing instructions enclosed or on a sew-in label. For most items, we recommend a warm wash, at about 30°C and hanging to dry naturally. Our cotton and linen clothing is iron-safe, but special care should be taken not to iron on the print side of the garment and to avoid ironing any elastics or trimmings.
